Frequently Asked Questions

  • How do I obtain a price quote? +

    You need to contact our factory for price quotes on all items. All pieces are quoted per the customer's specific requirements including size, finish, top material and quantity.

    This process allows us to give you the best price possible while enabling you to customize the products as necessary.

  • Do you have any minimum order requirements? +

    Typically no, although there are some items that a minimum will be required due to custom components.

  • Is anyone able to purchase your products? +

    We sell to the trade only.

  • What is your lead-time? +

    Our standard lead-time is 8-10 weeks upon receipt of deposit. Many times we are able to expedite your order quicker to meet your need date.
    However, in certain cases we will have a longer lead time when special tooling is required for custom parts.
    Please discuss your specific requirements with the factory.

  • What kinds of tops are available on your products? +

    We offer a wide range of glass, marbles, granites, woods, faux stones, and Uni-Stones.
    We can also match your custom wood stains and we can usually obtain special types of marble or granite to suit your needs.

  • How can I get samples of your standard finishes? +

    Our catalogs contain photographs of all our standard finishes. If you need to see actual samples of any, please contact our office and we will be happy to send them to you.

  • Will you do custom finishes? +

    In addition to our wide range of standard finishes, we are able to match any custom finish you would like.
    Just submit a finish chip with your order and we will match it. A sample will be sent to you for approval prior to production.
    A custom finish charge of $50.00 applies on orders of less than 10 pieces.

  • Will you quote on custom items? +

    Yes, we are a full service fabricator. You can submit your custom designs to us for pricing and we are more than happy to respond with a quote.
    You can also customize the items in our catalogs to meet your specific requirements.
